The Victorian Era was a mark of peace, prosperity, and various fashion trends that took over British culture. The era spanning most of the 19^th century has left a prominent mark on clothing, architecture and various other decorative elements we see today.

A Victorian wedding today emulates class and romance in floral elements including lots of lace and frills. One of the elements that has withstood the test of time is the tradition of white for wedding gowns as it was Queen Victoria herself who set this trend. It is just so easy to love the soft romantic elements paired with flower arrangements that give us a sense of nostalgia for this historical period.
