Sun shining, birds chirping and you glowing on your perfect day. Who says you have to get married at night?! Perhaps, one of the best aspects of having a daytime wedding is the ability to have pictures taken outside in the natural, flattering light and gorgeous backdrops! In addition, daytime weddings allow for a wide array of parties from a decadent brunch or causual picnic to aformal garden tea party!
Daytime weddings are almost always more casual in attire and less dramatic in color palattes than their nighttime counterparts. You should opt out of a black-tie-event and plan an event with sundresses, hatsand casual slacks;(note: its best to include dress code in your invitiationsas manywill not know proper attire fora daytime wedding!) An addedbonus of adaytime wedding isthey are notoriouslyless expensive than hosting a wedding at night. Venues typically charge lessduring the day, so you can have your dream venue for a lower price! People tend to eat and drink less during the day; so plan your wedding with horderves, mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar!
Be sure to let your creative side run wild as any host of activities can fillin for the late night dancing – boating, lawn games, wine tastings – the opportunities are endless! Would you consider hosting a day-time wedding?
Dream Big.
