AN INTERTWINED EVENT: A NEWPORT COAST WEDDING

We love when couples celebrate their big day somewhere special to them. Lauren and Colin were no exception! From getting engaged AND married on their dating anniversary to having Lauren’s sister and sorority sisters (Kappas!) as bridesmaids, Lauren and Colin celebrated their union on a memorable day with those they love most.

Warm pinks welcomed guests as they arrived to the Newport Harbor Yacht Club on a sunny, Southern California day. During the outdoor cocktail hour, Lauren and Colin surprised their friends and families with a steel drummer and signature drinks.

Walking into the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, guests were surrounded by history and tales of those who had been there before. History continued as the couple chose a venue that was a family tradition. Colin’s parents were also married there!

Colin’s favorite treats are cake pops, which inspired nautical flags as escort cards. Lauren and Colin opted for an elaborate sweets bar in addition to a traditional wedding cake dessert. Flowers adorned both the escort card table and dessert bar to perfectly intertwine the reception design.

This beautiful couple was married on a sunny day on the coast of Newport Beach in front of friends and family and we could not be more honored to be a part of it! Wishing you both all the love and happiness in the world.
