My fianc é, Jacqueline, is a radiant mix of beauty & culture. She is an amazingly talented woman who makes a positive influence amongst the lives she comes across. I can’t wait to see my brilliant bride on our wedding day…

Nominating myself as a brilliant bride, and hope all my work shows on Oct. 16th. We’re doing part vintage/part DIY, so I’m spending every spare minute scouring thrift stores and crafting my fingers off.

It would be wonderful to win this garter and let someone else do the work for a change! The products looks perfectly in line with our theme –stunning!

My most pressing question –and one that I’m having difficulty getting an answer to — is: Is it okay to not pick a color theme?

I’m using a lot of different colors, and because I’m going vintage I have a lot of mix-and-match old things. Of course I’m choosing things that don’t clash, but wonder if I’ll regret not picking one color as a keynote to tie it all together.

My friend Kristin never ever settled. Never let a guy treat her poorly and never rushed into what she shouldn’t have. She just got engaged last saturday to someone who makes her smile bigger than I’ve ever seen before. She needs a beautiful garter to help her kick off her wedding planning process! 🙂

Brilliant (adj.): full of light; shining intensely; “a brilliant star”

Yep, that sounds like me! I will shine like I’ve never shined before on my wedding day. Can’t Wait!

P.S. Bleu Garters are quite lovely, a refreshing spin on the “typical” bridal garter.

My most pressing question: How does the average couple justify/rationalize having a 20K+ wedding? In my honest opinion, it seems absolutely ridiculous!

I nominate myself as a brilliant bride. I’m planning on marrying my best friend on August 7. I’m brilliant, because despite the small budget we have for this epic day. My love and I have incorporated the talents of our friends and family to cut down on cost without skimping on quality. That to me is brilliant. ~leela leeandadamwedding {at} gmail

my most pressing wedding question is: how important is a videographer? Anyone ever been regretful not having a videographer at the wedding? Or have the couples who choose not too felt fine about it after the fact. ~leela leeandadamwedding {at} gmail

  13. NinjaPanda says:

My most pressing wedding question is: I wonder what percentage of brides go for the “first look” photography session vs. the traditional first glance walking down the aisle?

I nominate myself! Actually, I nominate all brides. Every woman getting married should have her own brilliant moment to shine like no other.

  15. Volvo760 says:

My daughter and her fianc é are doing everything they can to pay for their wedding by themselves. Her fierce determination never ceases to amaze me. And I have faith that her big day will be everything she ever dreamed of. My daughter, Jacqueline, will make a brilliant bride!

  16. Volvo760 says:

Pressing Question – Should out of town guests be included in the rehearsal dinner?
