It doesn’t matter what industry you are in – we all need to do it!

Have you ever heard the phrase, Invest in Yourself? I’m sure you have…but did you take it to heart, think about what you could do and then implement it?

I’ve heard it time and time again, but I always tell myself I LOVE working and that alone is taking care of myself…but as I find myself extending my hours, sleeping less and planning around all our upcoming weddings, the meaning is finally becoming more meaningful…and clear.

Today I was dealing with a very difficult international client and I felt like I was being picked on, torn down and abused for something that was not mine to be punished for…I needed a break before I melted down and took it out on an innocent bystander!

I invested in myself today…I drove to my favorite yoga place in Huntington Beach, Core Power Yoga , and not only took one of my favorite classes, but signed myself up for a membership! I’m one of those people that if I’m investing in something, I’m going to take advantage of it…and I know this is going to do wonders for my mind, body and spirit.

I encourage you to really think about it – Invest in Yourself – it will change your personal life and business life for the best!
