Keeping it Positive.

It’s one of those ‘is the glass half full or half empty’ kind of days? We push ourselves to dream big, to elevate brilliance and to take on the world. Then someone comes along and says it’s never going to happen or tells us to be realistic. Obviously, that’s the time when I need to stand up and understand that they are just underestimating me…it IS a glass half full kind of day!

M. & I had a great end to our week last week. We met with a brilliant attorney who saw our business plan, our core values and what we plan to accomplish – and told us we were going to do great things. He definitely gave us a glass half full kind of day!

Then Friday gave us a run for our money as we had to mourn the loss of one of our greatest campers, inspirations and blessings – it wasn’t a great day, but it empowered us to do more as it is for people like Danne that we strive to elevate brilliance.

It’s all within the attitude you have, the people you surround yourself with and the experiences you overcome that determine what kind of glass you are going to hold that day. I’m not listening to the pessimism, the negativity and those who fear our determination – I am listening to my heart and I WILL have a ‘glass half full’ kind of day!
