AN INTERTWINED EVENT: GLAMOROUS PERSIAN AMERICAN WEDDING

Theultra glamorousPersian Americanwedding of Megan and Esan was held in beautiful San Diego at the La Costa Resort and Spa which offers a beautiful ceremony space as well as ballroom;

Our inspiration for our wedding was mercury glass and metallics. We wanted our wedding to be a party, so layout and location was really important to us. We wanted to have a great bar where people wanted to hang out, and have a location that was close enough to our home that everyone was able to come, but far enough away that they would want to stay for the entire weekend. We wanted a classy, elegant wedding, that wasn’t too over the top.

First of all, Megan was completely stunning on her wedding day – that hair and makeup…to die for – and that veil was made out of her mother’s wedding dress! Second, Esan and the entire wedding party was an absolute blast! Megan and Esan had two wedding ceremonies – one Catholic and one Persian complete with a stunning Sofre Aghd. At the reception guests enjoyed a lush fruit and dessert table, stunning florals, and a live band – One of our favorite moments of our weddings was when our band brought us up on stage and we got to see all of our wedding guests dancing the night away!

Words of wisdom from the bride and groom:

Esan – Enjoy the process, it is so much fun and goes by so quickly that it is not worth it to stress the small stuff. Megan – One of my best friends told me to select 3 things that were really important to us and spend all of our energy, time, money on these 3, and on the other items- don’t stress about it!Both – Hire a good wedding coordinator and one that understands what’s important to you makes all the difference! Being able to call them about anything and everything is so helpful. Meghan was there to make sure everything ran smoothly, so I could truly enjoy our special day!They make all the difference on the big day!
