No doubt about it, Philippa “Pippa” Middleton looked exquisite in her fitted ivory maid-of-honor gown. It’s no wonder brides are searching high and low for a gown just the same for their maid-of-honor. Do you think Pippa stole the show from Duchess Catherine by standing by her side at the altar in all white? Or will this be the start of an all white wedding party trend?
Actually having an all white bridal party is an ancient superstition. In ancient times, the bridesmaids all wore the same color as to confuse evil spirits or even kidnappers whom sought out brides of wealthy families.
So if you want to ward off evil spirits and kidnappers from stealing your bride let her know it’s important you look just as stunning as the bride herself 😉
