GROOVY 60TH BIRTHDAY

Peace, love, and birthdays! We are thrilled to share more photos and details from Cathleen’s groovy 60th birthday party! With dream-catchers and lace tambourines, ribbon curtains, colorful pillows, and a birthday cake with edible flowers, there’s no better theme than the 60s!

Once invitations were delivered, guests all knew it was going to be a day to “Make Love, Not War” and to celebrate! Guests arrived dressed from the decade. The women were all greeted with flower crowns and everyone had a blast with the flash tattoo station, face painting and feather hair accents!

Party guests enjoyed signature cocktails and a delicious edible flower birthday cake from Sweet & Saucy while relaxing on piles of pretty pillows in a lounge area full of gorgeous FOUND vintage pieces. Low seating vignettes were placed throughout the yard for dining and drinking.

Fabric and ribbon curtains created the perfect backdrop for flash tattoos, feather hair accents and face painting stations. With everyone looking so “outta sight,” a photo booth was a must! A custom teepee looked far out as the backdrop for photos. Invitees posed with entertaining props, like faux peace rally signs and even a naked baby as a prop!
