2024 RX3’S CHARITY FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT SCORED BIG!

Last year, we had the privilege of ‘intertwining’ with RX3 Growth Partners to execute their Third Annual Charity Flag Football Tournament at Saddleback College!

A total of 110 athletes took the field to participate in 8 action-packed flag football games, going the extra yard for their chosen causes. Our playbook included an epic team of 8 participating brands and charities, over 130 staff and volunteers, and of course, our dedicated team members.

From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in a luxury experience. Custom-designed signage set the tone, featuring bold branding and sleek installations that seamlessly blended culture, capital, and charity. The VIP Lounge provided a high-end retreat for guests, offering exclusive access to premium seating, comfortable lounge spaces, and personalized hospitality. And no elite event is complete without exceptional catering—24 Carrots delivered a top-tier food experience, serving gourmet selections of light bites that kept guests fueled throughout the day!

Our events team flawlessly managed talent, ticketing, media coverage, vendor coordination, player meet-and-greets, a Kids Fun Zone, and every detail of the run of show. Our Become Intertwined social media team handled every stage of coverage—pre-event, in-event, and post-event—delivering dynamic campaigns and compelling content that captivated audiences!
