2026 RX3 Charity Flag Football Tournament Brought the Energy

As football season gets underway, we’re looking back at a day that brought the energy of the game together with something even bigger: giving back.

Earlier this year, we had the privilege of once again ‘intertwining’ with RX3 Growth Partners and RX3 Foundation to bring their annual charity tournament to life at Saddleback College. The day brought together athletes, athletes-turned-entrepreneurs, sponsors and supporters, including members of the U.S. Women’s Flag Football team, for a celebration of competition, community and philanthropy. Together, the event raised an incredible $4.2 million for 30 incredible charity partners, making the impact of the day reach far beyond the field.

From the first moments on-site, every detail was designed to create an elevated experience for guests. 24 Carrots Design brought the event environment to life with custom decor and design, while Signature Party Rentals helped create the spaces where guests could gather, connect and take in the action. 24 Carrots Catering kept the VIP experience going with elevated hospitality and catering throughout the day.

Behind the scenes, our team managed the many moving pieces that brought the tournament together, from vendor coordination and event logistics to the run of show and on-site execution. Honored Occasions supported AV and production, while Allied Universal helped ensure the event ran safely and seamlessly. 1UP Sports Marketing directed tournament operations, keeping the competition moving from kickoff to the final whistle.

The experience extended beyond the field, with Therabody and MOTUS PT bringing engaging sideline activations to the tournament. BYLT Basics outfitted the event in style, while Thatch Creative captured the day through photo and video, preserving the energy, connection and moments that made the tournament special.

Of course, an event like this is made possible by the people who bring it to life. Hosted by Jordan Palmer, Nathan Raabe and Nick Dinieri, the tournament brought an incredible group of athletes together for a day where competition met a greater purpose.
