From Global Summit to Disco Party: The PARSEC Global Summit Experience

PARSEC’s Global Summit brought together hundreds of attendees for an experience centered around connection, collaboration, and innovation. Set at AV Irvine, the event was designed to go beyond a traditional corporate summit, weaving disco-inspired elements throughout the conference before transforming the space entirely for the evening. Our team brought PARSEC’s vision to life through creative design, intentional details, and immersive experiences that encouraged attendees to engage with the event and one another.

From custom coffee service by Affair a la Carte and thoughtfully crafted food experiences by 24 Carrots Catering and Jays Catering to bold installations, personalized seating, and immersive event elements, every detail was carefully curated to create a memorable guest experience. Playful, music-inspired signage with phrases like “Wake You Up Before You Go Go,” “This Is How We Do It,” and “Collaborate and Listen” brought the theme into unexpected moments throughout the summit, turning everyday touchpoints into opportunities for interaction. Furnishings from CORT Events and Signature Party Rentals, creative fabrication by Taylor Creative Inc., interactive elements from Party Works USA, and custom details by Mark and Crafts brought the environment together, creating a space that balanced impactful branding with a refined, modern feel.

As keynote programming wrapped, our team transformed the conference space into a disco-inspired setting while they were in breakout sessions, completely reimagining the environment without ever leaving the venue. The carefully planned production flip brought together a disco roller rink, entertainment from The Radio Rebels, glow-in-the-dark games from Neon Entertainment and themed bites from 24 Carrots Catering . By allowing attendees to step away from the traditional summit setting and into an immersive disco experience, we created an environment that encouraged team participation, sparked engagement and brought attendees together in a way that felt both unexpected and unforgettable.
