AN INTERTWINED EVENT: GLAMOROUS MULTICULTURAL WEDDING AT PELICAN HILL RESORT

The blending of two families is always an incredible experience, but add on the blending of two cultures and it’s sure to be a party! This stunning wedding was perfectly captured by John & Joseph Photography and we just couldn’t wait to share it! It was such a pleasure planning Puja and Marshall’s fabulous two-ceremony wedding at the luxurious Pelican Hill Resort!
Ceremony one took place in the morning and was a traditional Indian affair. Puja turned heads wearing a glittering, gold sari by Sabyasachi. Marshall was a showstopper too, dressed in a traditional Indian sherwani. As if the bride couldn’t look any more beautiful, Puja later changed into a gorgeous Vera Wang for ceremony two, a traditional American ceremony. Both walks down the aisle were spectacular with a custom built runway to elevate the entire ceremony. A lush band of florals lined the top of rotunda; it was simply ethereal!
The reception was nothing short of a glamorous night under the stars! Jazz musicians greeted and serenaded guests throughout their four-course meal. The candelabras and endless amounts of candles illuminated the luxe décor of the space, especially the custom candle installation behind the sweetheart table. Mirror, gold and glass details added an extra sparkle under the moonlight. White Lilac’s floral designs were bountiful, filled with soft pink roses, white hydrangeas, and a few black roses (a personal favorite of the bride)! They absolutely stunned all of the guests!
But the focal point was the majestic trees perfectly placed throughout the dining area with hanging orbs that shined bright throughout the night. It was the perfect mix of edgy and sultry with an enchanted garden twist. The invitation suite, which was placed in a box and printed in foil on black suede paper, definitely foreshadowed how strikingly beautiful the entire event would be!
One more Vera Wang dress change for Puja and she was ready to dance the night away! Guests were invited indoors for a late night dance party with some delicious cake and plentiful desserts! Puja and Marshall are definitely a match made in heaven and their wedding was the perfect event to celebrate their love! This dreamy event is one for the books!
