Organic Garden Wedding at Big Canyon Country Club

From the very beginning, Carson and Stephen envisioned a day that felt refined yet completely organic – elegant without feeling overly styled, abundant without feeling fussy. Our goal was to create an unforgettable day that unfolded as naturally as the landscape surrounding it. We worked with El Petros Floral to design the church ceremony with architectural florals layered in soft blushes, creamy whites, and fresh greens, creating a grounded yet romantic backdrop that felt timeless and intentional. Carson and Stephen said “I do” in front of all their loved ones, followed by a grand exit in a vintage car as they drove off to continue the celebration at Big Canyon!

As guests arrived at Big Canyon, they were instantly welcomed with a stunning cocktail hour full of delicious small bites and refreshing cocktails. The main star of the show was the impressive tidewater tented reception space. The design softened into an effortlessly inviting garden dinner party. Potted plants and natural textures gave the space a living, breathing quality, setting the tone for a celebration that felt harmonious with its surroundings. Olive trees, abundant greenery, and fruit woven throughout the tablescape added a subtle European charm, while scalloped chargers, classic silver flatware, and cream linens elevated the tabletop. A thoughtful mix of warm wood tones grounded the look, balancing the airy florals with rich texture. By sunset, the entire space glowed and the dance floor was packed, thanks to Downbeat!
