AN INTERTWINED EVENT: A SULTRY 60TH BIRTHDAY SOIREE

When you think fast cars you think Ferrari – that’s exactly where our inspiration for Scott’s amazing 60^th birthday soiree began. We really wanted to play off Scott’s love of sports cars by incorporating Ferrari red and the black and white of a checkered flag in a fun yet mature way to celebrate his 60th. Together with the creative team at Square Root and Scott’s wife Deanna, we took this theme to a whole new level!

This awesome 60 year old is showing no signs of slowing down so we made sure the party was the utmost in enjoying life in the fast lane. From a luxurious venue at Pelican Hill Resort, to delicious food and stunning decor – this event had it all.

The paper goods were fabulous! Using a charcoal gray card stock, the invitations were letterpresses with white ink and backed by a deep red pocket! You know when you received your invite you were in for quite a night!

Oversized dark custom furniture and blood red linens gave a nod to the masculine. While jaw-dropping chandeliers sparkled brightly and found a new home as centerpieces. Large mirrors flanked the space, making use of lighting in unique ways! But that’s not all, we took acrylic tables, floated florals inside and used them for mini dessert displays! Delish!

It’s always difficult to choose a favorite part of any event, but the band takes the cake on this one! West Coast Music was amazing – offering such a wide variety for all ages of guests to enjoy! And boy did they – they danced the night away! It probably helped that all the guests were treated to a gourmet coffee cart and cigar roller at the end of the evening – Something for everyone!

Scott, you are one stand out guy and we could not be more delighted to help celebrate your 60^th birthday!
