An Intertwined Event: Summer Vineyard Wedding

Beautiful surroundings, delicious wine, your family and loved ones and a perfect sunny day… this is the recipe for one intoxicating summer vineyard wedding. Shelcie and Dane, Hawaii natives, came to California for college at (the Awesome, yes we are bias) University of Southern California and found each and other and true love!

So when it was time to get married, this laid back and classy couple, wanted an affair that reflected their style and a wedding celebration that everyone would enjoy. They were married at Lake Oak Meadows winery in Temecula. From fountains and grape vines to lush gardens and cafe lights, this celebration sparkled more than best bubbly!

Blush, pink, peach and ivory colors were offset by the bright greens of the landscape. The couple vowed their commitments to one another under the sweetest of garden arches beneath a custom chandelier. Guests were protected by the sun by parasols that made the day seem out of a fairy tale. Upon arrival, guests signed a puzzle piece that, when put together, will act as a perfect reminder of their perfect day!

And… the groom set up his GoPro camera to capture time-lapse of the ceremony. How cool is that!?

The reception featured details fit for the venue. Bar display wine holders were handmade by a family friend. Wine bottle table numbers set off the floral centerpieces. Wine glasses with chocolates from Kauai were given as party favors to each guest. And, of course, a wine barrel was used for the display table of the cake!And, can we talk about dessert! Cakes, cupcakes and cookies oh my! Nothing is more satisfying than a chocolate chip cookie after hours of dancing!
