With an exciting season of celebrations ahead, we’re thrilled to welcome a fresh face to the Intertwined team — meet our travel-loving, sports-enthusiast Junior Event Manager, Madison!

What’s the one skill you’re most excited to use in your new role? 

Bringing organization and efficiency to complex event logistics. I love turning moving parts into a clear plan and seeing it all come together on event day.

 

What’s one thing on your desk you can’t work without? 

Post-it notes. I use them for everything!

 

Coffee, tea, or something else to kickstart your day? 

I don’t drink caffeine, so it’s ginger tea or bone broth for me.

 

What is your go-to karaoke song?

“Kiss Me Thru the Phone.” I know every word!

 

What is a fun fact about you that surprises people?

I have two sports championships (and rings) under my belt: the 2020 NBA Championship with the Los Angeles Lakers and the 2024 U.S. Open Cup with Los Angeles Football Club. I love to be outside in nature locally and traveling around the world. I typically go on a couple trips a year including one with my Mom! We are adventure buddies and big thrill seekers.

If you were trapped on a desert island, who would you want to be stranded with?

My family. We each bring a different set of skills to the table, and together we’d figure out a solution and get off the island quickly! It’s also why we love doing escape rooms together.

 

What your favorite thing to do when you’re not at work?

Cooking or hosting friends for a game night, drinks, or a backyard dinner party. My house is always decorated in correlation to a holiday or theme of the month – Valentine’s, St. Patrick’s, Halloween, etc. I go all out!

 

What is your favorite snack for powering through an event day?

Fresh fruit. I’m currently on a big mango kick after getting back from Costa Rica. My guilty pleasure though, is a good cookie. Any kind will do, but a chocolate chip cookie always puts a little extra pep in my step.

 

What else should we know about you?

I have a 4-year-old Mini Goldendoodle named Ace. He’s sweet, calm, and a certified velcro dog. If I move, he moves! Although I just recently found out that I am allergic, I love flowers. I buy myself flowers weekly to build my own bouquets and sometimes have up to 4 vases around my house to enjoy.
