AN INTERTWINED EVENT: BEAUTIFUL, BOUGIE LUAU AT MONTAGE LAGUNA BEACH

What do you get when you mix incredible food, great company and some Polynesian flare? A wedding celebration that you’ll never forget! Amanda and Wing Joe are the absolute sweetest couple and we are so honored they chose us to be a part of their wedding day at Montage Laguna Beach. Every single detail came together so perfectly and we’re so excited that Brett Hickman Photo was there to capture it all. Keep scrolling to see more from this beautiful celebration!

Amanda just has a smile that can brighten up an entire room! She was an absolutely radiant bride; Wing Joe is one lucky man! Their first look was simply the cutest, too! So happy we got to get these two lovebirds married!

Art With Nature created floral magic and turned the ceremony space into a tropical oasis! Bright white blooms of lilacs and roses were accented with TONS of greenery. And can we get a close up of that floral arch?! The crystal details were the perfect touch – can’t go wrong with a little glam! Family was the theme of the entire day and Wing Joe’s son played a huge part of their uniting as a family. One of the best moments we’ve ever witnessed was him hugging Amanda after the ceremony. *Cue the happy tears!!*

Amanda and Wing Joe are both in the culinary industry so you know the food was on point! They worked with the catering team to craft an INCREDIBLE meal. There was a whole fried fish, a poke bar, and a Kailua pork station. Guests were blown away by all of it! They also crafted their own specialty drinks – the Aloha Friday, Sun-Kissed and Bougie Luau. We’ll take one of each, please!

We just love when our couple integrates special little details to make their wedding day truly one of a kind. As a nod to the couple’s most memorable vacation together, there were two bowls next to the sweetheart table with red petals that were designed to look like floral art they witnessed in Thailand. Heidi Davidson Design created all the custom signage – from the gold calligraphy on the banana leaves to the acrylic escort display and custom table numbers. Every detail fit so perfectly with the tropical theme!
