INTERTWINED EVENT: RADIANT ORCHID ST. REGIS WEDDING

Some brides obsess over every detail of their wedding day, while others just relish in the momentthey are going to be united with their love. We loved the ease that was Mary and Jeremy’s St. Regis wedding! Having known each other for so many years, and grown and changed together for over a decade, you could feel the calming presence oftrue love and mutual respect that they have for each other.

Mary and Jeremy wanted their special day to reflect a soft, subtle elegance, yet still be relaxed and fun! The entire day was inspired by the fun and easy relationship that bride and groom share. As always, the background of gorgeous ocean views enhanced the luxurious elegance of the event’s décor! The wedding’s “theme” of fresh orchids blended seamlessly with their surroundings at the St. Regis.

Many have been fans of orchids since way before it was announced as the 2014 Pantone color of the year, and Mary and Jeremy’s wedding was covered with them! Orchids were beautifully draped everywhere, from the ceremony aisle to bouquets to the tablescapes. Even the cake was adorned with fresh orchids! Hues of white and gold grounded thepops of purple!

The cake topper was a unique addition to the design. It was sculpted and painted by the couple’s friend to look exactly like the bride & groom! We were a little worried it would be too heavy for the cake, but it balanced just right.

Mary and Jeremy were truly presentto marry their best friend! The day was all about love, friendship and family – never overwhelmed or undermined by the glamour of the event. The event itself was radiant, but it was the love that surrounded them and their entire party that really shined! We wish them nothing but the best in the future and feel so blessed to be a part of their union!
