Montage Laguna has some of the best views of the Pacific Ocean. That’s why it’s one of our favorite places to watch our couples tie the knot. Katie is originally from Manhattan Beach and always dreamed up getting married by the water and we knew the Montage had to be the spot. The coastal, bohemian wedding fit right into the stunning backdrop. It’s no surprise this wedding is being featured on 100 Layer Cake today! We love a good first look! Seeing our grooms see their bride for the first time is one of our favorites, Matt’s reaction was priceless when he saw his gorgeous bride! These two are picture perfect- we can’t take our eyes off of them!

Inviting Occasion completely killed it! The ceremony was absolutely breathtaking from the installation at the front of the aisle to the macramé adorned arch. The best spot for that epic first kiss!

We love a good escort card display and this one has to be at the top of our list! Seriously, it doesn’t get much better than this!

And if you thought the escort card display was jaw-dropping, you’re going to love this reception. Every detail was perfectly placed. Centerpieces were created with white florals, candles and literally anything and everything you could find in the ocean. It was a lovely night dining under the stars.
